When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on various factors, such as availability of merchandise, the processing time, and the delivery destination. Details of the delivery time required for the items you have selected will be shown in the written confirmation of your order. This will be sent to you by e-mail. In general the standard delivery time for mail order is 3-5 working days.
How much does mail order cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination.
How do I know whether an article can be delivered?
Information on availability for delivery is shown in the detailed view for the product in question. This shows you whether the article is in stock or will be available for delivery at a later date. A note to this effect will appear in the shopping basket next to articles which are not available for immediate delivery.
Can I send the articles in an order to different recipients?
We regret that this service is currently unavailable.
Can I track my order?
It is not currently possible to track delivery status electronically. This is scheduled to change in March 2012.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive on the expected delivery date?
The delivery time is dependent on various factors which can change in the time between you placing your order and receipt of your order information. Please rest assured that we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. If you have not been advised of possible delays to your goods and you can't locate the parcel, please contact our Customer Service department at the following e-mail address: club@pierre-lang.com
Which rules and regulations should I be aware of?
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
How do I make a complaint?
Your delivery note contains information on what to do in the event of returns due to a complaint.
